PATHER’S SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Shipping Policy

Pather Plastics Canada Inc.’s (“Pather”, “we”, “our” or “us”) reach and distribution network allows Pather to ship globally. During the checkout process, we will give an estimated shipping date, however, this date is an estimate and is subject to product availability, and normal delays in ship times based on carrier issues. 

Pather typically ships your order between 2-7 business days subject to availability and depending on the size of the order. Standard delivery times do not apply. 

Order Processes

Orders are processed and delivered Monday-Friday, save and except for national and provincial holidays. It is possible that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times based on product availability, manufacturing capabilities, material availability and holiday season(s). 

Deliveries

Pather recommends your order not be delivered to P.O. Boxes, re-shippers or package forwarding services. Pather takes no liability for errors, damages, or omissions arising from delivery of your order to such locations. 

Cross-Border Transactions

All cross border transactions will be subject to applicable customs and duties which will be the sole responsibility of the customer or client. 

Pather also provides our clients and customers the ability to order products from our global distributors across Canada, the United States, European Union, and Asia. Please contact us here prior to placing an order and we can direct you to a Pather Distributor near you.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, Pather does not offer returns unless the Customer can provide written details explaining extenuating circumstances, and returns are completely discretionary, determined solely by Pather. The Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the product to Pather’s head office location. 

Damaged Goods and Replacements

In the event that any of the products shipped to the Client are damaged or not in proper working condition, please contact Pather here and Pather will, at our own cost, ship out replacement parts or replacement items. When contacting Pather in regards to a product issue, please include pictures of the damaged product. Without pictures, the Pather team will not be able to facilitate the return due to fraud concerns.
